Refunds, Returns, And Exchanges

If you are not happy with your purchase, changed your mind or if you no longer want your unused products, contact us within 14 days of receiving them and we will give you the option to return the product for store credit or return the product for a refund.

We will only accept unopened products as a return/exchange and within 14 days only of delivery date.

Returns must be sent back in their original packaging, unopened and unused and hygine seal if originally there to remain untouched. 


Delivery & Return costs and Not Refunded.


After 14 days Returns or exchange requests will not be accepted and Defected complaints cannot be looked into. 

For Health, Safety and Hygiene reasons we do not accept exchange or returns on the following items: 

  • Hairbrushes & Combs
  • Hair Buff
  • Hair Towels


To complete your return, please email us at info@hairtreatsegy.com and provide order no.


  • Products with obvious signs of use or opened seal or damaged package cannot be returned. 
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at {email address}.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
